Hello everybody. I have this problem with WooCommerce..

All in the sudden it decided to stop displaying the main picture on product pages and you can’t select them. I haven’t made any changes and everything was working perfectly a while ago. I didn’t even realize this at first but it seems to be that for some reason product images show only white with a buffer.

It shows and works fine in the customizer here

On the actual website it shows this and you can’t interact with it.

What might be the problem and how to fix it? Any help would be really appreciated!

    Hi @hereforsupport,

Thank you for the detailed report, including screenshots to illustrate the problem! I checked your product page and found that the product’s main image shows a loading GIF, but no image gets loaded. The rest of the product gallery and images in your product description are working fine.

I’m thinking maybe it’s a JS error. With this in mind, I checked on the browser’s console for more details and found this error. I’m not entirely sure they’re related, but they’re both worth looking into. Just in case I tested the add to cart (Basket) and it worked fine, though.

I also reviewed your product shows the featured image on the cart page, as well as on the shop/archives pages, so the issue is limited to the main gallery pic on the product page.

Typically, this would conflict with your theme. Can you please try this with a default theme like Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four and see if the problem persists? I see the theme is a custom-built theme for your store, so if this works fine with a default theme, then I’d suggest reaching out to your theme’s developers to learn more. If the issue persists even with a default theme, a full?conflict test?would be required to rule out any third-party plugin(s) interference.

In the meantime, can you tell us:

    • Do you use any third-party plugin to manage your products or product gallery in any way?
    • Are your WooCommerce and WordPress all up to date?
    • Do you find any error logs under WooCommerce > Status > Logs?

Once we have more information, we’ll be able to assist you further.

    Thanks!

    Hi @hereforsupport,

I’m glad we were able to help! I checked the site, and it’s all good now! You’ve done a great job with that site! Is this your own site or are you a developer doing sites for customers, by any chance? If so, you may be interested in this! ??

PS: If you are enjoying WooCommerce and have a few minutes, we’d love it if you could leave us a review. You can do that here:?https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/woocommerce/reviews/.

    Cheers!
