    My woocommerce store is not sending transaction emails. The store is a multivendor marketplace built with Dokan, running on the Bacola grocery store theme.

    I have noticed that transaction mails are not being sent, not to admin, not to customer, and not to the seller. No user receives transaction mails.

    The only changes I can remember doing last was to copy the templates to the bacola child theme.

    I do not know how to go about fixing this and I need help urgently.

    I’m sorry that your email are not working. Unfortunately, webservers are not always reliable at sending emails, especially when several emails are sent out at once (receipt and sales notification).

    You can confirm this is happening by installing an email logging plugin. If the emails are logged by not received, it’s likely the webserver. 

    To resolve the issue with emails not sending, we recommend you configure your website to send emails through an external email server. This will dramatically improve the reliability of email delivery on your WordPress website and it should take care of the issue.
