• We’ve been using SendInBlue for the last 10-months to send out all our WooCommerce transaction emails: order confirmation, order has shipped, etc. We also use it for our newsletter sign-up form. We are still using the free plan, which has a limit of 600 email sends per day. For our needs this works just fine. Unfortunately, the next step up is a little pricey.

As far as this plug-in is concerned, the integration between WooCommerce and SendInBlue was rather seamless. The plug-in does require a SendInBlue account, which makes sense. It should be noted that if you want to send out formatted emails you’re going to need to take some time to set up a template and design. There are some pre-made designs available, or you can make your own with the drag-n-drop visual editor.

Along the way I’ve had some questions, plus a few technical issues as well. All of which have been handled in a timely manner, even for a free account. I couldn’t ask for better support.

There are a ton of advanced features available, but it requires a programmer to fully utilize these. Unfortunately, that’s beyond my skillset.

All-in-all, the SendInBlue plugin with WordPress and WooCommerce is exactly what I was looking for and it currently is meeting all of our needs as an e-commerce business.
