Woocommerce update 3.1.0 sync and save error

Hi I just updated woocommerce to 3.1.0 after that I synced but it can not save the file, I am having “Error: unknown error.” I deleted all translations and re-created them still no luck, any idea?

error, do you think this is related why it can not save?
