Woocommerce Update issue

Morning Guys,
I have abit of an issue with an old Woocommerce I built about 3 years ago. The Paypal IPN stopped working so I went through your documentation and applied relevant fixes/IPN changes to make this work but it didn’t work. However how old it is I figured it could be simply and out of date gateway, it stopped on the 1st July and I think Paypal did release an update.
So I decided to run an instance and update Woocommerce 1.2.6 (yeah that old!) to 2.4 this has upgraded fine. The front end is in bits which isn’t an issue I expected this as the theme files were so out of date half of them didn’t exist anymore and there’s twice as many.
My Issues I am having is :-
1. All products no longer exist on the front end, unless I update a product then it display. Problem is there is around 200 products.
2. None of them have prices anymore.
3. Keep noticing other bits of product data missing.Is this because Woo has updated and not mad Database updates, I can only assume the prices are now stored in a different way making the old prices irretrievable?
Any information on the above would be appreciated, the site is a freebie for an old friend just to get the Woocommerce emails working upon successful payment again.
