When I created a variable product including the SKU and product price, the ‘Choose an option’ drop down menu didn’t work. None of the attributes showed up. I had them enabled for variation, all necessary information was added. This was on the latest update of the WooCommerce plugin.

When comparing the webshop of the company I work for’s second website, theirs was working fine. Same information was inputted in the same exact way I did it for the first website.

I tried rolling back the version of the plugin to see if it was a problem with that specific version. Once I had done that, I made a test variable product with three attributions. When I previewed the test product, only one of the attributions appeared in the ‘Choose an option’ drop down menu. Going off of this test, I attempted to make another product for something we’re actually going to sell, went through the exact same process, and none of the attributes worked.

Is it a bug? Is the plugin broken?

I really don’t want to have to start again considering the webshop 100+ products. Is this the reason?

Bearing in mind, the website I am currently working on was made live before I was employed, I don’t have access to the database and folders etc. Though if needs be, I could get a hold of them.

Any help available would be greatly appreciated!
