WooCommerce Virtual Products functionality

Hey, I am using a WooCommerce extension for PDF Vouchers and have set up a virtual product. I would like the customer to be able to select a date in which the voucher would be sent to another persons email address (on their birthday for example).

Is this possible? or does it only work with physical goods being shipped?
