Woocommerce Warenkorb Versandkosten Gast

    Hallo,

    im Warenkorb von unserem woocommerce shop werden die Versandkosten für Deutschland zum Anklicken angezeigt, darunter der Versandkostenrechner.

    Wenn nun aber ein Kunde, der sich nicht registriert hat, also Gast ist, aus dem Ausland kommt und in seinen Warenkorb geht, sieht er zuerst die Versandkosten für Deutschland.
    Nur wenn im Versandkostenrechner Land Ort PLZ eingegeben werden, werden die richtigen Versandkosten in der Kasse gezeigt und berechnet.

    Wie kann man dies ?ndern?

    Der Kunde muss ja nicht den Versandrechner benutzen und es verwirrt wenn nur die deutschen Kosten zuerst angezeigt werden, sogar mit kostenloser Lieferung

    Hat jemand eine Idee wie das l?sbar ist?
    Kann man es auf der Warenkorb Seite irgendwie so einrichten, da? der Gast erst sein Land eingeben muss und dann eine Auswahl der m?glichen Versandkosten erh?lt?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I’ve used Google Translate to read your post. If I understood correctly, you would like to have the visitor enter their location before seeing the shipping cost, as seeing the Germany shipping cost first can be confusing for customers from abroad.

    My suggestion would be:

    • go to WooCommerce > Settings > General
    • set Default customer location to “No location by default”

    Now, all visitors will be asked to insert their location to see the shipping cost – see the image below as reference.
