Woocommerce WC_Order_Item_Product

Hi there,

Errors like that are usually caused by theme or plugin conflicts happening on the site.

First, make sure that your theme, WooCommerce, and all other active plugins are updated to their most current versions.

Then please try switching to the WordPress default theme (Twenty Nineteen) or the WooCommerce default theme (Storefront) temporarily to see if the issue persists. If so, then we can rule out an issue with the theme.

If even after switching themes the issue persists, please deactivate all other plugins, then retest. If the issue is resolved, then reactivate the other plugins – one by one – testing each time to see if the error is still resolved until you find the one causing the error.

I’m sorry to hear about the troubles you faced with the error message: Uncaught Error: Class ‘WC_Order_Item_Product’ not found.

The first thing I tried testing was to see if I could replicate the problem in my local test site – I could not.

Since you were able to replicate the problem with just the WooCommerce plugin installed, I suspect that there might be something that we might have originally missed, that could be triggering the problem here. Can you see if you have added any code in your functions.php file?

Additionally, do you remember making any changes to the WooCommerce core, or the files that come with the WooCommerce plugin? If you do, I suggest that you reinstall WooCommerce from scratch in your site and try again to see if the problem persists (before you try this step: I recommend that you take a full backup of your site – both files and database).

Let us know if the problem still persists after trying out these steps.
