Woocommerce Webhook behaviour changed?

    I was just wondering if the behaviour of webhooks has changed in a recent update of the plugin? I have a single webhook set up on the creation of new orders and a general CRON job on the server that processes the WP Cron tasks every 15 minutes and so any new order webhooks would get processed at those times. Now it seems that they’re not being included as part of CRON, despite CRON running other tasks successfully. Now, when I go into the WP Admin area, that’s when the webhooks get processed, more on demand now than scheduled.

    I wasn’t sure if this was by design or a possible bug?

    Hello,

    To help you monitor your cron jobs, you can install WP-Crontrol. It is difficult to say if this is a bug at this point, to get a better idea, please share a copy of your site’s System Status. It is located under WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response. Thanks.

    Hi Igor,

    I know Cron is disabled. But it is disabled via WP-CONFIG and called via a scheduled task within CPanel instead, so I believe it is still processing Cron tasks.

    As a follow-up, I do think my hosts have possibly set up the automated cron task incorrectly, so I’m just looking into it with them. Fingers crossed it’s just cron failing rather than anything related to Woocommerce, but I’ll report back. ??
