Woocommerce webshop very slow, site or server problem?

Hi, I have a very slow woocommerce webshop: https://www.patipada.nl
I can’t figure out what’s the problem. Also the WordPress CMS seems slow.
So I think it’s a server problem, but according the hosting company it is a site problem.

Is there a way I can check this?
Hope someone can help out.

People fall a sleep while browsing my site (and not because it’s about yoga an meditation) ??
