    This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Test to see if the issue has been resolved

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    Hello @maykato ,

    thank you for your reply.

    I have deactivated all of my Plugins except WooCommerce.
    I have switched my Theme to Storefront like you told me to.

    Issue still exists. If i go to Orders, and refund one of the positions of the order, i am getting a lot of decimal digits.

    I need to get two decimal digits there, to get my payment service working properly.

    Can you help me?

    Do you mean the issue still persists when you’re making new test orders and have only the default theme and WooCommerce active?

    Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    i can′t found a WooCommerce Log under: WooCommerce > System Status > Logs.

    There are alot of logs but not only one which is called “WooCommerce”
    Or is it One Stop Shop WooCommerce?

    Choose a pertinent log under WooCommerce > Status > Logs from the drop-down labeled fatal-errors.log and share a screenshot with us. Please use a tool like https://snipboard.io for sharing your screenshots, as I’m having trouble viewing your screenshots taken with prnt.sc.

    Also, update WooCommerce to the latest available version (5.6.0) and try conflict testing once more: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/.
