WooCommerce with LearnDash LMS

I’m looking to see if you may be able to assist and let me know if these plugins will help with what I’m trying to accomplish.

I’m currently managing an LMS through LearnDash. We want to have different membership levels, including:
Basic – someone who comes to the site, doesn’t want to pay an annual fee, but we want them to register as a user of the site. They will have to pay full cost for all on-demand and in-person learning purchases.
Individual – this person will pay $299 for the year. All on-demand classes are included, but they will pay for all in-person/zoom classes at a discounted rate of 30%. We need to allow them to have the first in-person course free (not sure if we generate a coupon code for them or what) and then they will need a discounted rate for all additional in-person classes for all those will be 30% off the prices
Group Tier 1 & 2 – This is where we need group management. The manager or chief of the department will sign up for their team to have access to our programs. Each individual person will need to register on the site as a user under that main account. They also get all on-demand courses included for everyone in their membership and then the discounted rate of 30% off per user for the live classes.

We want the ability to approve memberships – we don’t want just anyone registering for our site…we’d like there to be an approval process for new members to our site.

We want to offer marketing campaigns, including generating a code after a visitor fills out of a form, but would love to have them receive an email reminder, as well.

Would these accomplish what we need?
WooCommerce, WooCommerce Memberships, Teams for WooCommerce Memberships, MemberDash Beta, Smart Coupons, AutomateWoo, WooCommerce Approve New User Registration, MailChimp for WooCommerce, Custom User Registration Fields, WooCommerce Bookings, and WooCommerce Purchase Order Gateway.

If it WOULD, would you let me know if there would be a possible discount for purchasing all of those plugins?
