WooCommerce with PixelPress Theme

    Installed WooCommerce 2.2.8 and the layout and photo images on the store and product pages just blowup in PixelPress theme. I can’t cut off the sites right sidebar no matter what I do with the page template setting. Did PixelPress stop supporting WooCommerce after version 2.1 or how do I fix all these layout issues?

  • Ensure you are using the latest version of PixelPress, 1.5.1.

    It looks like PixelPress is a commercial theme and that the price paid includes for support. WooThemes will be able to tell you if they have stopped supporting it, which is unlikely I should think. Their techs have access to the code and know their theme best. This forum is aimed at supporting www.ads-software.com themes.

    If you get no resolution, please post the url to your page to enable the page to be examined with browser tools. However, WooThemes support is your best way forward on this issue.
