Woocommerce with S2member login

I am using both plugins together on one site for unrelated functions. The S2membership is for the blog, to create premium content for paid members, and the store is it’s own entity for purchasing digital downloads.

The problem is when people log into the store while making a purchase they are redirected to the S2member sign up page. I just want them to stay in the store and be able to finish entering their info and purchase.

Any ideas for a way to make the login for the store stay on the store checkout page, but keep the S2member function for other logins (it either goes to the sign up page if they aren’t already a member, or to the member welcome page). Is this a complicated customization?
