Woocommerce with S2member login

I am using both plugins together on one site for unrelated functions. The S2membership is for the blog, to create premium content for paid members, and the store is it’s own entity for purchasing digital downloads. I’m not trying to integrate them, just want to solve the login problem.
The problem is when people log into the store while making a purchase they are redirected to the S2member sign up page. I just want them to stay in the store and be able to finish entering their info and purchase.
Is this a complicated customization?
