Woocommerce with Stripe 3D Secure Window

    Hello

    Our customers can’t shop at our website, because they can not get authenticated with a 3D secure window. I have written with Stripe, and they mean that the WooCommerce plugin or our website can’t candle the procedure with 3D secure authentication. And I’m not sure what we should do to our webshop, so our customers can buy.

    Can someone help us?

    This is a bit tricky to troubleshoot in a public forum since it involves your payment gateway. We can support this issue for you privately if you submit a support ticket here.

    When you submit the ticket, please be sure to include your System Status Report. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.

    Additionally, if you can include screenshots of your Stripe settings in WooCommerce, that would be helpful as well.
