  • Hello @mstudioil ,

If any custom code was added to your theme’s functions.php file or any other part of the site, review it for potential issues.

The main theme or the child theme? I using child, and the date on file is 2023 and the shop works fine I think until last week

The database table mentioned is part of WooCommerce. It contains important information on orders received. If it is missing, your order data will also be missing.

I would recommend that you import a backup so that the table is available again. Make sure that the backup is not too long – if necessary, back up all incoming orders beforehand so that you are up to date in terms of accounting.

If you do not have a backup yourself, ask your hoster’s support.

It is difficult to say why the message or the disappearance of the table occurred in the first place. It is possible that it was damaged by some kind of overload in the hosting. But there could also be many other reasons.

If you want to know more about this table, you can contact the WooCommerce support forum: https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/woocommerce/

Hi @mstudioil please don’t post duplicate threads here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/woocommerce_order_itemmeta-doesnt-exist-error-on-error_log-file/

Duplicate threads clutter things up around here and make it more difficult for folks to help you.

A representative for that free plugin will help you there as soon as they can.
