    Hi @oksana00,

The Shop Manager role can create orders without any issues. The error you’re seeing, “There was an error loading misc recommendations,” is unrelated to the ability to create orders. It’s tied to certain WooCommerce admin features that try to load recommendations for plugins or services but require admin-level permissions, which the Shop Manager role doesn’t have.

This error won’t affect the actual functionality of creating or managing orders. You can safely proceed with adding new orders as a Shop Manager without worrying about this message.

Let me know if you need further clarification!

Hi @mahfuzurwp , thank you very much for the clarification! Is there any way to prevent the “There was an error loading misc recommendations” message from appearing entirely? I understand it doesn’t affect the functionality of creating or managing orders, but it would be helpful if the error could be hidden.

Also, do you have any information on what specifically causes this error to appear? Is there something in particular that triggers it?
