woocommerce_uploads folder change

Not sure if this is the appropriate medium to report an issue.
But I noted that if a user unchecks the “Organize my uploads into month- and year-based folders” which is found in media settings then any uploads made for downloadable products in woocommerce defaults back the wp_uploads folder instead of the woocommerce_uploads folder.
Not a major issue but something I thought I should point out.
