woocommerce/klarna checkout – international freight

Hi,
im trying to add freight to another country. Im able to add the alternative so that you via the freight calculator can choose that country. The problem is that the customer has too actively choose it. If the customer does not change delivery country but writes an adress which belongs to another country, klarna check out doesn not react and add the extra cost for freight. Is there some way of fixing this?
