woocommerce/style.css File in Child Theme is Ignored

  • I created a woocommerce folder in my child theme directory and copied woocommerce.css there, renaming it to style.css. This style.css file is not being loaded. When I view my page’s source, I can see that the default woocommerce.css file is still loaded.

    I am using WP 4.1 with version 0.9.8 of the Genesis Connect for WooCommerce plugin. I am using a slightly modified version of the Genesis sample theme.

    Installed Genesis Style Trump plugin to get around this.
