WooCommerse and PayPal

    When a customer purchases an online downloadable pdf, the purchase shows up on WooCommerse but does not go to PayPal. This is creating a problem with PayPal. What am I doing wrong?

  • Hello @akittymom,

    That’s a great question. You’ll want to check the order status. If it is set to on hold or pending that likely means the customer was directed to PayPal, but did not complete the transaction there. That will still create an order in WooCommerce. The customer may come back and complete the transaction, but if they don’t you can change the status to canceled or move it to the trash.

    If these orders that aren’t in PayPal have a different status, let me know what status they show.
