woocommrece sales

    how can i see the revenue from wooocmmrce in google analytics ? at the moment i have no data in google analytics

    It is usually takes upto 2-12 hours for sales data to reflect on standard google analytics reports under conversions section for UA and under Engagement=>Conversions in ga4.

    But you can check realtime reports of google analytics to check your integration with woocommerce website. If properly integrated, you will get live data coming under these reports.

    Hi Passionate Brains,

    ok thanks for the hint. I have checked and the information is there however the totals of items purchased are not correct. Do the orders have to be marked as paid so that they appear on google?
    I have another question, can I differentiate my access from external access?

    Sorry for so much delay in reply.

    If number of items purchased are different than what google analytics shows then it indicating some tracking settings issues. For example:-

    1. If you choosen not to track admin users then all admin users orders will be not tracked so that may be one cause for difference in details.
    2. If choosen disable on hold Transctions as conversions then all on-hold transcations not send to google and plugin will only send that as conversion when you update them as paid.
