The WooCoommerce checkout started endlessly loading after I download WProcket plugin. I tested it last night and only select the modify CSS delivery, and it worked fine.

This morning I checked delay JS execution and also enabled the cloudflare add-on, that’s when I noticed this issue that checkout keeps loading as can be seen in the screenshot:

I tried to remove those configuration, but the problem persisted. I tried to deactivate the plugin, but the problem continued. I tried to deactivate a couple of more plugins, but it still just keeps loading.

I’ve tried on three different browser and incognito mode. I also tried it on my phone, and it’s the same issue.

I added a screenshot with the console log that shows an error message.

    Hi there!

Thank you for sharing the details and the screenshot. It seems like the issue might be related to the server response error (“406”) you mentioned in the console log. This error typically occurs when the server is rejecting the request, which can sometimes happen when certain configurations, such as JS delay execution or Cloudflare settings, interfere with the checkout process.

For testing purposes, could you please clear both your site cache and server-side cache? If you’re using any caching plugins, please deactivate them as well.

Once done, head over to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, and do the following:

    • WooCommerce transients – Clear
    • Expired transients – Clear
    • Clear template cache – Clear
    • Capabilities – Reset Capabilities
    • Clear customer sessions -Clear

If that does not help, please try to runn a conflict test by following the insturciton form this article. https://woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

In the meantime, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report?which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    • Fatal error logs?(if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Once we have more information, we’ll be able to assist you further.
