WooDiscuz vs. Avada

  • I’m using the Avada Theme.

    I’ve installed the plugin, checked the settings on the backend. But there’s no new tab on the front-end. Is your plugin compatible with the Avada theme?

    This problem comes from JS file minification. It seems you have a cache plugin which minify WooDiscuz JS files. Please disable this option, don’t use it. The JS and CSS minify functions always case such problems with other plugins.
    Just disable the minify function of your chache plugin, then delete all caches and do CTRL+F5 on product page. It should work…

    Thank you for your fast response. The solution you suggested seems to resolve the problem. I’d like to have the JS minified in future. After all out of 33 active plugins on that site only WooDiscuz has a problem with minification. Do you plan to make your plugin minify-friendly in a foreseeable future?
