    First of all, I had tried to contact you guys 2 times by direct support ticket and 1 by e-mail before coming here.

    I’m having a couple of problems with this WooEvents Pro / Events Calendar & Ticketing, but the major one is that when a date of a recurrent event expires, it won’t let me buy the ones that are still active, everytime I choose a date it shows: “Sorry, this product is unavailable. Please choose a different combination.”

    btw, I’m using WooCommerce(2.2.8).

  • I made the same mistake buying another plugin from them, their support doesn’t exist and their plugins don’t fully work. They make everything look so good and trustable in their website, they even have the nerve of saying they have “Unbeatable Support”, while they don’t have a support to beat in the first place. I have tried contacting them for 3 months now with multiple emails and support tickets, no answer.
    Don’t expect anything else from them, sadly, you have been scammed if you bought anything from them, just like I was.

    afalgo: it’d be great if you could be more honest. We do support all day long. So to say it doesn’t exist simply is not true. Note that we do not offer support here in the WP forums.

    paulo.marques77: I assume you’ve updated the plugin on your end. That issue was fixed.
