Woof doesn’t show in mobile- any help?

Hi,
Woof filter is not showing /working on mobile device despite trying multiple suggested changes in the settings.

Woof/settings/ options tab
Set filter automatically is set for mobile device.

The search icon is visible on top, but doesn’t work and seems like a dead button. At the bottom of the screen, the filter is not visible.

Any help would be highly appreciated.
