Filtering on category page dosen’t work

I have a shortcode made for a specific category on my sidebar which is set to only show on that category (with the help of widget context). When I try to filter without Ajax, I get the results but WOOF disappear. If I filter with Ajax, WOOF doesn’t disappear, but if I update the page it dissapears.

Is there any solution for this?
