    Hello
    I need your help ??
It seems that text search works like the first search, not like a text filter for search results.
I use Advanced Woo Search and I wish to filter my search results with WOOF product filter. Whenever I enter a text in the AWS search engine, the text is rewritten to woof text search text box. The WOOF product filter shows completely different search results than those appearing on the page delivered by AWS. For example, AWS found 30 products and woof product filter only 3 (his is the number that appears in the category counter).
Please explain how it works and how to use WOOF with AWS
    Regards
    Marta

    Hello Marta

Unfortunately the plugin is not compatible with third party filters

    Thank you for your answer.
I decided to use WOOF text search as my main search engine.
    I miss :
    1. Search by title or short description (no such combination)
    2. sorting according to the relevance of searches, not the popularity of products.
I enter “saddle bag” (in my language it is 3 words) in the search engine and in the first place shows me the bikes, because they have a saddle in the long description. At first, it should show the results that have a saddle bag in the title.
    3. Synonyms for keywords. Currently, I have to list all the words that the customer can use, e.g. telephone, smartphone.

Is there a chance for this?
    Regards
    Marta

    Hello Marta

    1) Yes. Use title OR Description OR short description

    2) Plugin does not affect product sorting

    3) I did not understand the question

    Hello
    1) Could you add title OR short description only?

    Hello
Unfortunately my problem has not been resolved. I set woof text search in the main menu of the site as a “global search engine”. Unfortunately, woof text search only finds products from this category on category pages. There is no option to set the search to search globally. Therefore, please let me know what options I have to set a global search engine in my store and at the same time be able to filter searched results using woof filters.
    Regards
    Marta
