Wooframework in my own theme

  • Wooframework uses GPLv3
    Is it possible for me to include it in my theme that I wish to add to the www.ads-software.com theme repository?
    My theme would also be developed under GPLv3 or later.

    Also is it okay to leave the woo branding, or is it necessary to be overwritten?
