WooGoo menu item not showing up after activation

When I try to activate the WooGoo plugin, everything seems fine (no errors) but the menu item doesn’t appear and I can’t accesss the WooGoo administration page. This is a network installation and I have tried network activating as well as from the individual site. Do you have any suggestions?
