• Hi, I’m running 2.15.0 version. After installation a few months back, I set an extra fee for the use os WooPay,ents credicard as a payment option. Somehow that time I set it to an x-percentage.

So, currently when customers select creditcard on the payment page,m it indeeds still add’s an x percentage. Now that I want to change the setitngs, Woopayments is missing from the options in your plugin. I only see Strip credicard, but that is disabled, since I do not use that option.
Where did my setting go? It’s still working in the shopping card but cannot be changed anywhere?!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @snorky,

I attempted to replicate the issue using the ‘WooPayments’ plugin and was able to confirm it on my end. When the latest versions (8.8.0) of the WooPayments plugin and our plugin(2.15.0) installed, the payment gateway titles from that plugin do not appear in the Payment Gateway Based Fees and Discounts settings tab.

However, with the older version (8.5.0), the payment gateway titles display correctly in the settings tab. Please refer to these screenshots for reference: https://prnt.sc/z1T6sRxDzExg , https://prnt.sc/aKx4fbrqzhBP

Could you kindly test this on your end using the older version of the WooPayments plugin and confirm if the titles display correctly? Additionally, it would be helpful if you could reach out to the WooPayments team to check whether any recent changes have been made related to the display or retrieval of payment gateway titles. Please share their input with us so we can investigate further on our end.

    Dear Komal-maru,

Unfortunately it won’t be easy for us to test and go back to a previous version, apart from the fact I would not even know how to go back. But, since you did the testing I’m sure you are correct. Thank you for that support!

What is strange to me is that you ask us, the users, to communicate with all the plugin writers, while I’m sure your benefit would be for the thousands of users to have working and correctly cooperating plugins, in other words, I assume YOU will contact woopayments asap that YOUR plugin suffers form their change. It seems strange to have your ‘customers’ handle this.

    Hi @snorky,

I have added this issue on our Github plugin’s repository for review. Our development team will investigate it further, and I’ll provide you with an update as soon as the issue has been addressed on our end.

If required, we will also reach out to the WooPayments plugin’s author for additional assistance.

    Hi Komal,

I noticed a new version of woocommerce think ing I noticed a change regaring the subject above, but it’s still leaving blank places. However, moving my mouse over the blank spaces still seem to show the various payment options on the address bar, despite the fact their names/labels are not displayed on your pluging. The problem is; the only one I need is missing. The first option in Woopayments is their creditcard options, and that seems to be entirely missing from your plugin.

Their payments fees are so ridiulously high, I nee dot somehwo add a percentae asap. Hope you can fix this quickly. Thank you!

    Hi @snorky,

We have fixed the mentioned issue where the shipping method names (labels) from the latest version of the WooPayments plugin were not displayed in our Payment Gateway Based Fees and Discounts tab. My developer colleague has provided the patch file via the Dropbox link below:

    Filename – class-alg-wc-checkout-fees-settings-gateways.php
    Path – ..\plugins\checkout-fees-for-woocommerce\includes\settings\class-alg-wc-checkout-fees-settings-gateways.php
    Link – https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/35phagsc6r89k5uh705it/bkap-booking-process.php?rlkey=np969u3teqtvv63u2sg4s5349&st=wqznt76x&dl=0

After replacing it via FTP, please test, it and let me know about the result.
