Hi, by changing browser I was able to insert the VAT number and the invoices are downloaded!
To summarize, I started selling in November so the first invoice with amounts will be issued by December 10th?
I see that WooPayments is indicated in the header of the invoices, does the transfer I received on my current account indicate Stripe since WooPayments uses Stripe?
Is it not possible to access the invoice directly from Stripe?
    Do I remember correctly? ??

    Hi there!

Question regarding the WooPayments use Stripe for payments:

Yes, WooPayments is built in partnership with?Stripe.?When you sign up for WooPayments, you verify your personal and business information with Stripe. This creates a Stripe Express account that is connected to the WooPayments service. The Express account is what’s used in the background for managing your business account information and activity with WooPayments. For more details you can use this article: https://woocommerce.com/document/woopayments/account-management/partnership-with-stripe/#access-to-the-stripe-dashboard

Question 2: ?First invoice with amounts will be issued:

The first payout for all new accounts is sent after a seven-day waiting period. This delay is necessary for risk mitigation and cannot be waived under any circumstances.

The new account waiting period starts after the first successful payment is processed on your account — not when the account is created. After the 7-day waiting period for a new account is over, the first payout will be sent according to the pending period chart shown here and the payout schedule set on the account.

For more details you can use this article: https://woocommerce.com/document/woopayments/payouts/payout-schedule/

Question 3 regarding download invoice from strip account directly:
The transfer you receive in your bank account may indeed indicate Stripe as the payment processor, as WooPayments is powered by Stripe on the backend. However, WooPayments manages the invoicing and transaction details, so invoices are not directly accessible via Stripe.

For more details you can use this article: https://woocommerce.com/document/woopayments/account-management/partnership-with-stripe/#existing-stripe-accounts

    Thank you

Oh thank you everything is clear, just one thing I didn’t understand well, I’ll give you an example, if I receive a payment by receiving a bank transfer on December 14th, will the invoice be downloadable from January 24th?

    Hi there,

    Thank you for your question!

You can access invoices for payments processed through your store directly from the WooCommerce dashboard. Once a payment is successfully processed, an invoice will be available for download. This invoice includes all relevant transaction details, such as the customer, amount, and associated fees.

For the payment invoice, it will generally be available shortly after the payment is processed. If you’re referring to invoices related to payouts (when funds are transferred to your bank account), those will be linked to the payout schedule, and may not be available until the payout has been processed.

You can view payment details and download invoices from the Payments section in your WooCommerce account. If you need further help accessing them, feel free to reach out.

Let me know if this helps or if you need any additional assistance!

From what I see the invoices are issued on the 10th of the following month, I mean the invoices of the Stripe/WooPayments withholdings, for example the invoice for the month of October is issued on November 10th, so if I sold in November I think I will see it on December 10th, I think that’s how it works.

    Hello userweb,

    Thank you for your reply.

Could you clarify what you mean by “invoices”?
Are you referring to the payout schedule?
Sharing a screenshot would also help us better understand and assist you.

Looking forward to your response. ??

When a customer purchases, they pay via Woopayments that uses Stripe.
The sales invoice is issued immediately but the invoice for expenses, i.e. the amount retained by Woopayment/Stripe for the transaction, does not appear immediately. I think the reason is that Stripe issues this invoice after a month. I am waiting to verify, if it is as I think, the invoice will appear on December 10th. I hope I have explained myself better, thanks!

    Hello userweb,

    Thank you for your reply.

You’re correct that Stripe issues invoices for their fees monthly.
You can confirm this by checking on December 10th as planned.
