    Hey,

    Im using woopayments & the payments -> transactions export is not working when I select a date through the filter. We receive the export email but the url gives an error each time:

    This site can’t be reached

    The webpage at https://exports.wordpress.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/07/woocommerce_payments_export-etc.csv might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

    ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE

    I’ve removed the account number in the url after “export-etc” but the rest is the same. It works when I dont filter with a date.

    I tried to replicate this issue on my website, but couldn’t. The link on the email worked as expected.

    Do you have this issue when filtering by any data or one range specifically?

    If you choose a shorter range (one that let’s you download the report directly from the website) does it work?

    If you use different filters it works correctly, right?

    Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.
