When I go to the Woo Payments Dashboard, I get a message saying “You’ll need to verify your business and payment details to enable payouts.” However, when I go to verify business details, after completing the first few questions, I keep getting the error,

“Failed to retrieve account session. Please try again later.”

    Hi @lavishhk,

I understand that you’re experiencing difficulties with connecting and verifying your business, and I know how frustrating that can be.

This issue often arises when WooPayment fails to establish a connection with your site. To fix this, please install and set up Jetpack by following the steps outlined here: Jetpack Setup Guide.

If Jetpack is already installed, try disconnecting your account, clearing your site cache, and then reconnecting.

Let me know if this helps!

    Hi @lavishhk,

Thank you for the update. Since the issue still persists, could you please provide us with your System Status Report and any Fatal Error Logs from your site? You can copy and paste the logs into a gist and share the link here.

    Looking forward to your response!

    Hi @lavishhk,

Thanks for sharing the reports. I checked your System Status Report and noticed that WooPayments isn’t connected since the account ID is not linked.

    ### WooPayments ###
    Version: 8.9.1
    Connected to WPCOM: 是
    WPCOM Blog ID: 232331728
    Account ID: ? 未連結
    Logging: 停用

Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments, select WooPayments, and follow the setup prompts to properly connect your account. If it’s already connected, try disconnecting it, clear your site cache if applicable, and then reconnect. Let me know if that helps.
