I have just gone to download this months documents for my accounts but it is saying there are no documents.

Then when I go into Settings, everything has gone or been turned off – woopayments is not enabled, store name and telephone number gone, everything is empty.

Tried re-entering the information but when I save I get the following error:

Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘filter’)

It has been working fine until recently. And yes I am on latest version

  • Hi @simplyniknaks,

    Thank you for reaching out.

It is quite unusual that you’re facing such an issue with the latest version of WooPayments in your store.

So that we can be able to understand the issue even further, please share with us screenshots on how you’re able to view the settings page from your site. You can use a screenshot sharing software like https://snipboard.io/ and share the link here with us.

Also, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.
You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

    Looking forward to your reply.

I have just gone into Woopayments Settings and now everything seems back to normal and when I click documents I can see all my invoices.

I have no idea why a few days ago I was getting those errors

    Hey @simplyniknaks ,

It looks like the issue has resolved on it’s own. It’s possible that there may have been a temporary conflict that has since resolved itself. ??

I’ll mark this as resolved then, however if the issue happens to pop up again, please let us know!

    Cheers

Yes – it had nothing to do with the plugin.

I had to whitelist some IP addresses and my hosts amended the .htaccess file and a mistake was made. Once found and corrected the plugin works fine now.
