    One of my clients has a site that uses WooPayments. WooPayments stopped sending deposits on December 15th (12 days ago). I have no emails or indication as to why. I’ve checked Stripe, WooPayments and the website. I also contacted support, and was told someone would email my client “shortly”, because the email I was logged in to my WooCommerce account wasn’t the same as the one on the client account. That was 4 hours ago.

    Please help! There are thousands of dollars hanging out and I need to get this solved.

    I was never given a ticket number. The support request was via chat and they cut me off after I gave then the system status report

    Hello,

    I understand you do not have a ticket number for the issue you are facing. To start a support ticket, please follow the steps below:

    1. Go to WooCommerceProducts, or most subpages of those three. (The only exceptions are WooCommerce > Dashboard and Customers.)
    2. Select?Help?in the top right corner.

    I was able to find the ticket number – 7504028

    I just finally got a response that they are “looking into it”.
