WooPayments not issuing payment

One of my clients has a site that uses WooPayments. WooPayments stopped sending deposits on December 15th (12 days ago). I have no emails or indication as to why. I’ve checked Stripe, WooPayments and the website. I also contacted support, and was told someone would email my client “shortly”, because the email I was logged in to my WooCommerce account wasn’t the same as the one on the client account. That was 4 hours ago.
Please help! There are thousands of dollars hanging out and I need to get this solved.
