woosidebars not showing in woocommerce page

I am trying to get Woosidebars to work with Woocommerce. I have setup conditions under the WooCommerce tab and I still cannot get the sidebar to change from the default WooCommerce sidebar. Can you please help?

@highlandranger – Areas to check:

1. Is the “Sidebar to replace” set to the correct sidebar?

2. Does the replacement work correctly when using one of the default WordPress themes?

3. Do you, perhaps, have a condition that is overriding?

Also, which WooCommerce conditions are you looking to use? Could you please advise a list of the conditions you’ve got set for your replacement sidebar? ??

Hello, I’m having the same issue. I’m using a theme that recommends using the WooSidebar plugin (TechGoStore from ThemeForest), which I’ve installed and activated from the WordPress plugins page.

I’m simply trying to edit the sidebar (currently there is nothing showing up at all, just a blank sidebar area. I’ve set the correct “sidebar to replace” and the only condition is the WooCommerce “Shop Page”.

Please help!

Please try setting the condition, under “Pages”, to be the page you’re using for your WooCommerce shop page.

I tried your suggestion in multiple combinations- With both Pages and WooCommerce Page condition set & with each set individually. Still no sidebar is showing. I do have widgets added to the widget area sidebar and I have the page set to the sidebar I’m asking it to replace.
Any other advice would be much appreciated.

I’d recommend contacting the theme developer, as they may not be using the WordPress core standards “dynamic_sidebar()” and “is_active_sidebar()” functions, or may be incorrectly modifying the query on the current screen, such that the sidebar isn’t detecting the page as a WooCommerce page.

I have problems with woosidebars my woocommerce pages. I ques it to work on my other pages not with woocommerce to do. I want to have a unique for the front and one for the store, but I only get the “primary” side bar to work on these pages (homepage and woocommerce pages). What can be the problem? Im using Mystyle as a Theme
