WooThemes Dynamic Pricing

We found that this plugin doesn’t work with WooThemes dynamic pricing plugin. We wrote an extension that makes it work with that plugin. We are glad to give it to you, if interested. Additionally, after upgrading to WC 2.3 and WP 4.1.1 We found there are some issues with the price by country plugin.
