Woothemes shortcodes integration

Hi,

Does anyone have any experience re-integrating woothemes shortcodes, specifically the ones in Canvas into a custom theme. I’m working on a site that had previously been using Canvas and now has a custom theme developed for it. The site made extensive use of woothemes shortcodes. I’ve managed to reintegrate some of the functionality be requiring admin_shortcodes.php, but there is a bunch of jquery that seems to go along with the shortcodes that isn’t getting pulled in. My main issuse is with the [tabs] and [tab] shortcodes as they implement some tab functionality that I haven’t been able to get working. Does anyone know where the jquery that handles the [tabs] and [tab] shortcodes is in Canvas?
