Word count breaks and forwards to Cart directly

  • Hello,

    I was very interested in this plugin and created my first product with price per word.
    Unfortunately the word count does not work as expected.

    I have set 0,03 € as price per word in backend.
    After selecting a some variations and uploading a document in frontend I get directly forwarded to the Cart page without word counting.
    So my uploaded document with 2839 words only costs 0,03 €. I think that’s very cheap for an offered service ??

    I have read that there are compatibility problems with newer WordPress and WooCommerce versions.
    I have installed the latest versions of both WP and WC.

    Are there any news when your Price per Word plugin will be updated? ??

    I’m sorry for the delay getting back to you. This is a plugin we’ve been excited about, but unfortunately it just doesn’t have the demand to make it a priority over our other plugins right now.

    We do have plans to get back to this and improve it so we can grow it more, but it’s tough to say when we’ll be able to focus on it. I’m sorry I don’t have better immediate news for you. ??
