  • Delete all files & folder and try re-uploading from a fresh download of WordPress.

    READ AGAIN!!!

i called my hosting support and they deleted every thing now and they tried to intall wordpress and same problem again.

i think that is on your side now. sry

[No bumping. If it’s that urgent, consider hiring someone.]

Since these problems are specific to your installation, it’s not a WordPress problem. The most likely cause is a server configuration issue. Ask your hosts if your domain is set to use PHP as FastCGI or an Apache Module.

if thats so wordpress would not even install. i can install it and go to admin but cant install plugins or edit template.

    I have the similar issue.
I have been using wordpress 3.5.1 with a wordpress theme, NEWSGRAND.
Everything was working fine. I had widgets working, social plugins working and I tried to add Pin it pinterest plugin and all went crazy. My plugins were all deleted and my youtube widget was gone.
I tried to reload the plugins and install them through wordpress admin site and I got the same error…

Warning: array_keys() [function.array-keys]: The first argument should be an array in /home/www/mysite.com/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-upgrader.php on line 189

I have tried using FTP to upload my plugins and they are all there, but can not see them through my wordpress admin panel to activate them.

I tried installing fresh version of wordpress and no luck.

I have tried to change permissions no luck.

I can see the folders through FTP and they do contain files in them. (they were working fine yesterday)

WordPress will not see the plugins through the admin panel and can’t manually add them either.

any ideas on what could be causing this?

    thanks.
