Word Press media files Image title Removal Request

I get that the purpose of WP is to allow some developer to charge 50-80 dollars a year for some minor and annoying loophole in the CMS, but do you think some god there can save people a few needed bucks and can add an option in the media files to not automatically include titles on every image…its very easy for you to do and would be appreciated, one button to include image titles automatically or not. so that we can leave them blank and don’t have to manually remove every single title on every single image.. or pay some terrible plugin to manage it poorly, and slow our sites down, etc.. I get there are these shady child theme codes you can add but many of them don’t work, depending on the theme, etc..you know what I mean the title box under the alternative text under each and every image…please give us an easy to keep them empty
