Are you adding a product using a particular plugin? What’s the name of that plugin?

no i am not using any plugin, is wordpress that is the problem could you please help

It may be a theme issue but if it’s a plugin problem then you may want to post your problem in that plugin’s dedicated support sub-forum.

It’s the current default theme that is added as part of the original WP installation. Ideally, it should never be deleted – even if you never intend to use it on your site.

okay thank you, i have activated the theme and it did not make a difference
