You should probably contact your host if this happened out of nowhere, they could take a look (or give you access to take a look) at the server error logs.

Have you done anything that may have caused this like install a plugin or theme or alter a file?

Nope. There are no server error logs. Checked already.

Hoping to figure this out, but feel sort of helpless. Nowhere to turn so to speak.

It is a 500 error but there is nothing in the error logs? Can you share the site url?

Okay, so you will need to use FTP or other file manager to access your site files on the server – and rename the plugins folder.

BTW, it looks like your theme hasn’t been updated in a while?

I don’t KNOW that it was hacked, just assuming.

I don’t know much either, but that error has to do with a mod_security setting on the server – looks like you are on GoDaddy – and I’ve seen other people there with that error. So maybe ask them about this before doing anything else.
