Wordapp Extremely bad Support

    Wordapp has possibly been my worst paid for experience ever.
    I paid for the premium service and the upload service, I received follow up emails aknowledging the payments but since then i have not received anything. I additionally sent my android and apple invites to the provided emails but as of today they are still pending over a week later.
    Here are more of my issues:
    The whole point of the upload service is for it to be done quickly and correctly, or am i misunderstanding.
    Don’t bother calling either the California number or the London numbers, these numbers are never picked up(during working hours of both time zones)
    Don’t bother with Hangout neither your calls will be ignored
    The upload service is a waste of money as it has been over a week and i haven’t even received feedback
    Your emails will also be ignored (i have plenty of them to prove it)
    It seems the only thing that works is their bank account.

    I’m sorry you feel this way.

    I have installed many ways of contacting us.

    To keep our plugin free and the premium as cheap as possible. We offer support over facebook messenger and email only.

    Which email are you using as I have no records of emails.
    For us to upload your app we need your username & password.
    Please send them to [email protected], I have a developer free on Tuesday he will upload for you.

    1 week later and still nothing, i guess the having “a developer free on Tuesday” was a lie, its almost been a month and still not even a shadow of work has been done in my apple account. what a waste of money the upload service is.

    Same here, waiting since 3 Weeks. Paid and nothing happens. Only a few mails, they told me this week. But no upload of the app.
