    Hello wordfence
    
    We have the fallowing error on our site which is causing a recovery mode to be actvated  
    
    Was wondering if you could help us
    
    The error as fallows
    
    WordPress version 6.3
    Active theme: Colibri WP (version 1.0.93)
    Current plugin: Wordfence Security (version 7.10.3)
    PHP version 8.1.21

    Hi @luxuryceo, thanks for reaching out.

    I would try a Wordfence plugin reinstall as flags.php is restored during that process. We have seen some hosts recently remove this file as a false-positive due to another malware scanner flagging it.

    If they’ve addressed the issue, the reinstall should be enough, but you may need to contact your hosting support to bring up the above information if you find that flags.php goes missing again in the near future.

    Hi @wfpeter

    i reinstalled wordfence by deactivating and deleting it from our site then deleting any residue files then reinstalling a clean install of wordfence its seemed to do the trick all working now
