Wordfence alert

    Hi,

    Last night I got 2 alerts from Wordfence:

    Modified plugin file: wp-content/plugins/ninja-forms/readme.txt

    Modified plugin file: wp-content/plugins/ninja-forms/README.md

    When I view the modified contents it shows this difference:

    Tested up to: 4.3.1 was changed to Tested up to: 4.2.2.

    Is this something that I need to worry about? Have I been hacked? I am using version Stable tag: 2.9.28.
