    Hi there! I have on my list of daily tasks to sign into wordfence central everyday and check the issues. So, I have set the template to NOT send weekly/daily/any summary. I also have it set to only sent alerts on critical. I have that template attached to all of my sites, and I have the setting changed to NOT send emails from individual sites. However, I am still getting emails every day. Please help me fix this so I dont get 40 emails a day on things that I already know are happening when I have told it NOT to send me emails!! Thank you!

    Can you send an email to wftest @ wordfence . com with the subject “kndh13 for WFADAM” and provide me the email address associated with your Wordfence.com account?

    Hi There, checking in again. I have checked the junk mail and the inbox etc, and have received no contact from anyone at wordfence after emailing wftest @ wordfence . com (no spaces obv). I know you said you close tickets after “some time”, as the last time was an 8 day wait for an email from me, but this last was less than two days wait for my email. Was it closed again? how long is the window in which you close a ticket? Also, how long should I wait before I contact here again if I don’t get a response. I wish you guys just had a call number so I could call and resolve this in one day. Please let me know how to proceed.

    Sorry about the delay @kndh13

    I see the settings in your account look to be correct. I am wondering if these emails are coming from multiple sites or just one in particular.

    I did toggle the “Send alerts from individual sites?” option, which sometimes will correct this issue.

    I am getting them from several sites unfortunately, not just one. I have also made sure that the “send alerts from individual sites” is off. That was in my first message.
    Do I need to somehow disconnect and reconnect everything? Is there something else I can do?

    Could you send me a diagnostic from one of the sites that are sending the alerts so often?

    Can you send a diagnostic report to wftest @ wordfence . com? You can find the link to do so at the top of the Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.

    NOTE: It should look as follows – Screenshot of Tools > Diagnostic > Send by Email
